At The Abstract Paintress, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. Because each alcohol ink artwork and coaster set is unique, we encourage you to review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.

Original Artwork & Ready-to-Ship Products

All sales of original artwork, handcrafted coaster sets, and other ready-to-ship products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Commissioned Artwork

Each commissioned painting and custom coaster order is created specifically for you and your vision.

Because these pieces are personalized, commissioned artwork and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sara works closely with clients throughout the consultation process to ensure expectations are clear before work begins. If you are unhappy with a commissioned painting, she will work with you to understand your concerns before determining the best next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at theabstractpaintress@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part. Shipping costs for commissioned artwork are quoted separately when applicable.
