Products

The Abstract Paintress offers original artwork, handcrafted coaster sets, commissioned artwork, workshops, and other art-related products.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are part of the artistic process and make every item unique.

We make every effort to accurately display our artwork and products. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned artwork and custom coaster orders are created specifically for each client.

By placing a commission, you acknowledge that:

Creative direction is collaborative, but the final artwork reflects Sara Nakamura Petty's artistic style and interpretation.
Each commissioned piece is one of a kind and cannot be duplicated exactly.
Custom commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Workshops

Workshop registrations are subject to availability.

If a workshop is canceled by The Abstract Paintress, participants will be offered a refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to another workshop.

If you are unable to attend a workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfer or cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, website content, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of The Abstract Paintress and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Abstract Paintress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products or services.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
