Thank you for supporting The Abstract Paintress. Every piece is thoughtfully created and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Commissioned artwork, custom coaster orders, and personalized pieces require additional production time. Estimated completion timelines will be discussed and confirmed during the commission process.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

For larger original paintings and commissioned artwork, shipping costs are quoted separately when applicable.

Domestic Shipping

The Abstract Paintress currently ships within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Packaging

Original artwork and handcrafted products are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Every order is prepared with the same care and attention that goes into creating each piece.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

The Abstract Paintress is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
